Jeremy Salsby, Founder

7 time BAFTA nominated producer and writer Jeremy Salsby set up Saltbeef TV in 2009 as a boutique indie specializing in comedy, entertainment and cross-platform content. Current shows include the BAFTA winning hit music entertainment series Friday Download (over 100 episodes so far) brand new quiz for BBC 4, Hive Minds, as well as co-producing King Of with Claudia Winkleman for C4 and Show Me The Funny for ITV. He also wrote and co-produced Saltbeef’s first feature Up All Night in 2015.

Jeremy was also responsible for creating 4 times BAFTA nominated hit sketch series Sorry, Iʼve Got No Head, BAFTA-nominated, BIMA-winning cross-platform series Year Dot for Channel 4. Other credits include co-devisor of the BBC One comedy entertainment format School’s Out, series editor of Big Breakfast and co-creator and writer of Sony award-winning comedy series Giles Wembley Hogg Goes Off and WGGB Award winning The Brig Society for BBC Radio 4.
