Applications are now open for the Indielab 2025 'Future of Content' TV Accelerator.
With the sector developing rapidly, the 2025 programme will help you stay ahead of the curve, and develop the skills and network to take your business to the next level across the evolving TV and content ecosystems. Over three months, you'll have the chance to collaborate with new industry partners, gain insights from the best experts in the field, and significantly expand your network and opportunities. ​
For the class of 2025, Indielab is seeking high-potential indies from across scripted and non-scripted genres, to receive three months of acceleration, commencing in April.

Growth Support
Receive three months of support from a dedicated team of experts. We guide you in clarifying your objectives and driving meaningful results across key areas of your business - from your UK and international growth plan, USP and creative development to content finance, alternative revenue streams, production and operations. You will also have access to a free legal helpdesk.

Where will the programme take place?The Indielab 2025 TV Accelerator will take place in person at venues in central London. In addition, there will be lunchtime sessions taking place online. The programme's digital elements will take advantage of Indielab Connect, our bespoke networking platform and app. Full details of venues and platforms will be provided when you are accepted onto the programme.

Is the programme just for founders? Can I bring another member of the team?Indielab is designed for founders and senior leadership team members responsible for company growth. We offer two places per company on the programme for founders and senior leaders. If you are a sole founder then we encourage you to bring a trusted colleague, to share your learning on the programme.

What if I can’t attend one of the dates?We are happy for you to nominate a colleague to attend in your place if you are unable to make a specific date. However, we do require that founders attend at least 80% of the programme.

Is the programme for companies looking to raise investment?We are a growth accelerator and look at all aspects of growth, of which investment is just one. Working closely with you over the course of the programme, we can help you find the most appropriate growth path for you. If you decide investment is something you would like to explore, we will provide you with information on how to prepare for that process and get investment ready.

Do you accept applications from start-ups?Yes – although start-up places are limited, and most attendees are scale-ups. As a start-up, you will need to demonstrate your potential and have three founder credits.

Who will the other indies be?Companies from across genres, and across the UK, all focused on developing their growth.

Who will the speakers and trainers be?Throughout the programme we will be inviting industry leaders from across the UK and global sectors to deliver insight and perspective. These speakers will include broadcasters, commissioning editors, distributors, SVODs, indie sector leaders, investors and legal and financial specialists. Full details of speakers will be provided when you are accepted onto the programme, but details of our many previous speakers can be found here.

Will I have to disclose confidential information about my company?You can disclose as much or as little as you wish, and you will not be required to share sensitive company information in front of other participant companies. However, you may find you get less out of the programme if you are not happy to share your experiences.

I may require access adjustments or alternative arrangements if my application is successful. Can I discuss these with Indielab?We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully with the programme. Can I apply again if I am not accepted onto the programme?If you are unsuccessful in your application then we still want to keep in touch with you. We’ll keep you updated on further programmes and would encourage you to apply again in future.

What happens if government restrictions impact on live events?All elements of the programme can be delivered online via our platform and virtual conferencing suite. The safety of our delegates and team is paramount; we will advise you of all necessary COVID safety requirements at our in-person events, and if restrictions around COVID require it, we will adapt the in-person sessions for digital delivery.
The Indielab TV Accelerator is designed for founders and indie leaders. Each company accepted on the accelerator will be allocated two places at all our bespoke masterclasses, seminars and events; access to the Indielab Connect platform; and access to a legal helpdesk.
